Description

This repository contains the mandatory pre-built database (db.tar.gz) for Platon (https://github.com/oschwengers/platon).

This db version is only compatible with Platon v1.5.0 onwards!

This db version is built using RefSeq release 202 containing complete:

  • 20,041 chromosomes
  • 18,795 plasmids
