Description

Plasmids for the heterologous expression in E. coli of MRP1 protein. The full lenght CDS of the gene was cloned in the pOPINE, pOPINF, pOPINHALO7 and pOPINS3C vectors (https://www.oppf.rc-harwell.ac.uk/OPPF/protocols/). Sequences informations are available upon request.
