Description

This is a Matlab code for the reconstruction of electron diffusion regions of magnetic reconnection based on electron-magnetohydrodynamics equations, originally developed by Sonnerup et al. (JGR, doi:10.1002/2016JA022430, 2016). The code is optimized for analyzing a reconnection event observed on 10 August 2017 by the Magnetospheric Multiscale spacecraft in Earth's magnetotail.
