Instructions: Download the zipfile and open the RProject file. You need R and RStudio to do this. You don't need to adjust any directory information inside R as the location of your RProject file is automatically your working directory. In the script folder you first run the taxa specific scripts and then the combined and summed models for both bird data years (2017, 2018) and all heightbreaks. Last you run the figures script.
