PhiCor: Calculating Phi coefficient of Association.

Authors/Creators

  • 1. UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology

Description

Fully documented, tested on two projects now. The package is useful for calculating the Phi Coefficient of Association. The Phi coefficient is a measure of site fidelity or habitat association. The current package offers an improved habitat/group weighted version of the Phi Coefficient presented by De Cáceres and Legendre’s (2009). The improvements are published in Chetcuti et al. (2019).

Notes

This version now has a weighted version of IndVal and a torroidal version of permutation useful when looking at spatially auto-correlated data.
