Linear instability of system of quasi-hydrostatic equations

Fig1-4.ipynb is the notebook to plot figures 1,2,3,4.

Fig5_Marchuk_prho_pt.ipynb plots figure 5. 

Fig6-non_uniform_perturbation.ipynb plots figure 6. 

equations.py and vars.py are scripts created for analysis of PDE. 

To run the notebooks, the __init__.py file should also be located in the same directory.
