Description
Metapion gelidum (Faust, 1885)
Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan, Sistan & Baluchestan (Legalov et al. 2010), West Azarbaijan (Borumand 1998; Modarres Awal 2012, both as Apion (Metapion) gelidum).
New material examined. Razavi Khorasan province, Kuh-e Binalud Mts., Torqabeh, 1700 m, N 36°17’ E 59°17’, 1♀, 9.v.2008, leg. & collection M. Košťál.
General distribution. Afghanistan, Armenia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Eastern Siberia, Syria, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
