Distribution. Crimea, Asia Minor (Alonso-Zarazaga 2011a).
Material examined. Literature data only.
Biology. Unknown.
Note. Described from ‘Tauria’, that is modern Crimea in Ukraine. Wanat (2007) re-examined type series that labelled as ‘Taurus’ (Turkey). Wagner (1910) recorded Oxystoma insignicolle from both Crimea and Turkey, nevertheless its occurrence in Ukraine is not confirmed by samples.
