Description

The dataset contatins four SQLite3 databases of candidate marker loci from ddRADseq in Quercus suber, Quercus ilex and their hybrids, corresponding to the data collected for the four filtering/imputation scenarios considered in the manuscript "ddRAD sequencing-based identification of species genomic boundaries and permeability in Quercus ilex and Q. suber hybrids" submitted to Frontiers in Plant Sciences.
