Dataset for interactive course on BioImage Analysis with Python (BIAPy)

This dataset can be used to run the course on image processing with Python available here: https://github.com/guiwitz/BIAPy

It combines microscopy images from different publicly available sources. All files are either in the Public Domain (PD) or released with a CC-BY license. The list of the original location of the data as well as their licenses can be found in the LICENSE file.
