Genome assembly of Malassezia pachydermatis isolated from a canine otitis clinical sample

The sample of Malassezia pachydermatis was isolated after the microbiological culture of a swab sample collected from a dog with otitis in Barcelona (Spain). The genome was sequenced with the MinION device, Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
