Supplementary material (code) for the Chapter 3 in Modeling excitable tissue - the EMI framework

This repository contains all code written for the chapter "Modeling cardiac mechanics on a sub-cellular scale" in Modeling excitable tissue - the EMI framework. Using this code, one can simulate the mechanical contraction of a single cell or a 2D tiled array of multiple cells.
