Metadata Evaluation and Improvement

Improving metadata is organizational change and organizational change is hard. Chip and Dan Heath have thought a lot about organizational change and they told us normal humans how to do it in their book: Switch – How to Change Things When Change is Hard. I applied ideas from that book to the metadata evaluation and improvement problem. Their framework provides some ideas about an easy to follow way forward.
