All possible boolean models with link operator mutations from CASCADE 1.0
Description
This dataset has the results of using the abmlog package on the cancer signaling CASCADE 1.0 topology (77 nodes, 149 edges). Models are stored in .bnet (model structure in boolean equations based on the BoolNet R package) and .gitsbe format (boolean model structure + attractors).
The results includes 2 runs: one generates all models + calculates their fixpoints and the other the minimal trapspaces.
