Description
Hemidactylus platyurus

specimens examined: CMDN-R 171.
Distribution in the KTM Valley: One specimen was encountered on the west side of Shivapuri National Park.
Remarks: We encountered this species on the outside of a house north west of KTM (Figures 1 and 4 (b)). Several individuals were congregated around an artificial light source.
