TBSS now reuses the registrations the pipeline already computes elsewhere (diffusion-to-T1, then T1-to-standard-space) instead of doing its own separate registration step.
Fixed a bug where choosing ANTs for structural registration meant one of the expected output files was missing, leaving a downstream measurement blank.
Fixed a compatibility issue between the ANTs registration option and the automated tractography step, which previously failed silently.
Fixed an issue where some diffusion processing jobs were requesting more computing resources (a GPU) than they actually needed.
Fixed a subtle interpolation issue that was introducing small artificial errors into some of the registered diffusion images.
