Factors influencing customers' Online Repurchasing Intentions in India
Description
ABSTRACT
There has been a rapid development in E-commerce activities in India today; therefor it is imperative to critically examine and identify the determinants of repurchase intention to the business as well as research communities. This research will attempt to identify the key influencing factors of online shopping and try to explain the relationship between online shopping companies and customers by testing the model comprising of the influencing factors and customers’ repurchase intention.
