Description
Example processing and PISA-SPARKY analysis of a hcSE-SAMPI4 spectrum of sarcolipin reconstituted into unlipped DMPC/POPC(4:1)/DHPC (q=4) bicelles. Bicelles contain 5% mole ratio of copper-chelated lipids to accelerate data data acquisition.
