Description
This dataset contains the k-mers-table (k=31bp) built for the 1001 Genome of A. thaliana accessions. This is the k-mers-table used for k-mer-based GWAS, and it can be used (similar to a vcf file) to conduct k-mers-based GWAS on a phenotype of interest, if measured on a subset of accessions found in this table.
There are 4 files in the dataset:
- kmers_table.names - names and order of the 1,008 accessions
- kmers_table.table - the presence/absence patterns of all 439M k-mers in the table (binary format).
- kmers_table.kinship - kinship based on SNPs on the 1,008 accession (in the same order)
- kinship_based_on_kmers_table - kinship based on k-mers on the 1,008 accession (in the same order)
This dataset is part of "Finding genetic variants in plants without complete genomes" study by Voichek & Weigel
