This is the first release of all scripts implementing analyses and data visualizations for manuscript entitled "Avian relationships with bark beetle outbreaks and underlying mechanisms in lodgepole pine and spruce-fir forests of Colorado", with authors Quresh Latif, Jacob Ivan, Amy Seglund, David Pavlacky, and Richard Truex.
