Description

We will introduce our dust and CO observations of high-z extended Lyman Alpha nebulae (Lyman Alpha Blobs or LABs). LABs are the best targets to study the relation between galaxy formation and the circum galactic medium. We detect dust continuum sources for 4 giant LABs suggesting that these star-formation activity is required to illuminate the circum galactic medium in emission. Our CO observations revealed that the associated star-forming galaxies have faint CO luminosity compared to normal SMGs suggesting that they may be at a transient phase from star- burst galaxies to passive galaxies.
