Dataset related to the manuscript  'Functional brain dynamics are shaped by connectome n-simplicial organization'.   - E. Mullier, J. Vohryzek, A. Griffa, Y. Alemán-Gómez, C. Hacker, K. Hess, P. Hagmann.      ____________________________________

We provide the resting-state functional MRI time series of 120 healthy subjects. 
The detailed steps about acquisition and preprocessing are available in the methods section of the corresponding manuscript.

We also provide a binary structural connectome based on 88 healthy subjects. A connection was kept in the binary structural
connectome if the connection was represented in at least 50% of the subjects.

The brain was parcellated using the cortical regions of Lausanne 2008 parcellation scale 4 (Cammoun2012).
The labels of the regions is available in this dataset.

Finally, we completed the dataset with a python script to open the data.
