Description

Fix a major bug with Cpf1 (or any 5' PAM motif) where some indexed blocks weren't being processed correctly. As a temporary fix we no longer make index blocks for these enzymes and only use linear blocks. This will be fixed in future releases. The does require regenerating any Cpf1 databases.
