Variance-stabilized units for sequencing-based genomic signals

This publication contains implementation of the "Variance-stabilized signals for genomic assays". It also includes evaluation metrics of the proposed approach and hyper-parameter setting according to the all evaluation approaches. 

P.S. To have the proper dataset ready, the various replicates of an experiments which are available in the .bam format were converted to .bedGraph files.
