Description
Movie S5. Mucus transport of the Muc5ac on the trachea of Muc5b–/– mice. The mouse trachea was mounted and submerged in a buffer containing Alcian blue, tilted and the mucus transport in the distal part of the tissue recorded by video microscopy.
