Figure A1. The Fo-Fc omit map for GMPPN. The Fo-Fc map was calculated with phases from the molecular replacement solution and drawn with COOT [22]. The final refined model was superimposed on the Fo-Fc map with a ball-and-stick model with the following colors; carbon is shown in green, oxygen pink, nitrogen blue, and phosphorus brown. The positive contour at 3.5 σ is represented with a green net and the negative with red.
