The didactic opportunities of the topic "Introduction" in grade 10 at the relevant level in order to form learning outcomes

The article describes the didactic possibilities of the topic "Introduction" in the formation of the expected learning outcomes in the study of biology in grade 10 at a profile level. In this paper, attempts are made to develop criteria for evaluating the expected learning outcomes that can be used by both the teacher during control and students during self-assessment. Methodical techniques that are appropriate to use in individual lessons on the topic: "Introduction" are described.

The purpose of this article is to study the didactic possibilities of the content of the topic "Introduction" in the course of biology and ecology of grade 10 at a profile level in order to achieve and measure individual learning outcomes.

It is proved that during homework, students should independently become familiar with new terms, be able to explain and name them. After all, this is the application of the elements of the scientific method of cognition and the implementation of key competence - a scientific understanding of nature, the ability to collect data, analyze, formulate conclusions.

When studying the topic “Introduction”, students can learn another result - the ability to independently seek new information necessary to formulate sound conclusions about the functioning of bio- and ecosystems. In particular, in the lesson: “The Concept of the Biological System and the Ecosystem”, it is advisable to give only a general overview of the main biosystems: cells, organisms, populations, species, biocenoses, ecosystems, biogeocenoses, biosphere. Thus, the presented construction of educational material when studying the topic “Introduction”, when the teacher actually only directs the process of independent abstract thinking of students in the right direction without teaching ready-made theses and propositions, contributes to the achievement of the expected learning outcomes.
