SNP data for the SwAsp collection

DNP data for 94 individuals from the SwAsp collection, described in Luquez et al. (2008). Details about sequencing and SNP calling can be found in Wang et al. (2018). Data is mapped agains the P. tremula genome assembly v1.1(Lin et al. 2018).
