Actual Issues of the Procedure for Considering Applications for Securing a Claim in the Arbitration Process

The topic of this article is devoted to the analysis of controversial, problematic aspects affecting the procedural order of the courts reviewing applications for interim measures, or, as expressly stated in the law, statements about securing a claim. The author of this article has studied the different views of process scientists, as well as the law enforcement practice of arbitration courts to consider these issues.
