Investigating optometric and orthoptic conditions in autistic adults; "what to expect during the study"

These videos have been produced as part of the PhD project "investigating optometric and orthoptic conditions in autistic adults", at the University of Manchester. These videos are part of the "what to expect during the study" materials which will be provided to participants prior to their first visit. One video gives a summary of what will happen when participants arrive. The other ten videos cover different parts of an eye examination:

-checking vision/ VA

-checking IOP

-checking binocular vision

-checking ocular accommodation

-objective and subjective refraction

-checking ocular health

-visual field testing

-checking colour vision

-pattern glare assessment

-history and symptoms

The aim of these videos are to, together with a "what to expect during the study" document, provide participants with an idea of what will occur during their first visit and possible subsequent visits for this study.
