SchildCode/EpXL v191112

This is a major revision, introducing proper single-objective optimization, and improves the multi-objective ranking method (now same ranking method as NSGA-ii). It also solves issues (#11, #12 , #13) that were raised in the last two weeks, and other minor improvements. Many thanks to Francisco and JM Wooley, for tips/assistance.
