Waste = Food: Drawing with sustainable engineering principles in mind

This workshop introduces new CDIO attendees to engineering sketching techniques and veterans of CDIO to further examination of design through drawing. This year the focus of the drawing workshop is on whole-systems design and sustainability. Participants of this workshop will be given a product to analyze and, in groups, will come up with design improvements focused around 'cradle to cradle' and 'waste = food'. An introduction to these concepts and sketching practice will be provided at the start of the workshop.
