HDAC11 cellular assay validation with catalytic mutants and inhibitors
Description
The method describes the detection of exogenous histone H3K18 acetylation in Hela cells. I specifically looked at the effect of HDAC11 overexpression on acetylation levels of exogenous histone H3 and tried to validate the assay with HDAC11 catalytic mutants and HDAC11 inhibitors.
