0.5 increases the precision of the timestamps submitted to the server; these have only been accurate to the minute, they will now be accurate to the second.

It also adds functionality to export all position data to a CSV file. This will allow old data previously submitted with low precision to be re-examined. To export, go to "Link" and tap "Export All Position Data". This may take a few moments if you have recorded a lot of location data.

Do NOT uninstall a previous version before installing this one. Uninstalling any version will cause all recorded data to be deleted from your device.

Users will be provided with user account details by the project team. Before any data can be submitted, go to "Link" and tap "Submit". Log in with the username and password and the tap "Authorize" to link the app to the account on the server application.

There is a known issue whereby authorization isn't renewed properly (this should happen silently in the background). This will result in a failure to submit data. If this happens, go to "Link" and tap "Submit" again. It should not be necessary to re-enter the username and password - just tap "Authorize". Hopefully a future release will address this issue.

This app is data including location data to a server at the University of St Andrews. At this time it is only intended for use by the DYNAMICOPERU project team and their collaborators. Raise an issue or email res-comp@st-andrews.ac.uk if there are any queries about this.

If this app crashes, or misbehaves in any other way, please open an issue detailing what you were doing when it crashed and what kind of device you're using. Please also let us know how location tracking with the app impacts the performance of your device's battery. The app should work on all Android phones running Android 4.1 or later.

Installing from a website download like this involves opting-in for installing unknown apps.
