(A) Representative curves of [Ca2+]i level were measured in primary cardiomyocytes after treated with H₂O or 100 μg/ml IS for 15, 30 or 60 min. Black and red lines indicated the control group and IS-treated group, respectively. (B) Primary cardiomyocytes were treated with H₂O or 100 μg/ml IS for 5, 15, 30 min. The expression of PKC phosphorylation was assessed by Western blotting. GAPDH served as the internal control (N=3).
