Colletes farinosus Morawitz 1877: 96 –97, ♂ (syntypes: ♂♂, Echmiadzin, Erevan, Armenia).

Material examined. Kazakhstan. 1 ♀, Zhar-Kol' Lake [67°15'E 50°27'N], 21.VII.1951, VIT [ZISP]; 2 ♀, 100 km ENE Kzyl-Orda [66°44'E 45°10'N], 10.VI.1979, YAP [RCMK]. Kyrgyzstan. 1 ♂, Uch-Adzhi [62°48'E 38°05'N], 15.IV.1932, Shestakov's coll. [ZISP]. Turkmenistan. 1 ♂, Repetek [63°10'E 38°34'N], 23.V.1974, M. Kozlov [ZISP].

Distribution. Turkey, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, * Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.
