Scored phenology and climate data from a set of Streptanthus tortuosus herbarium specimens

This dataset contains 119 herbarium specimens for which we have counted the number of buds, flowers, immature, and mature fruits present on each plant. It also contains the climatic data associated with the location of each specimen collection during the year that specimen was collected. Herbarium specimens are from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and the California Academy of Sciences (CAS).

Zenodo_allplants: Contains sums for counts of buds, flowers, immature, and mature fruits per sheet

Zenodo_bybarcode_sumunits: Each row represents a single plant on an herbarium sheet. Many sheets have more than one plant.
