Introduction to MATLAB - Image Analysis & Brownian Motion: Material for a One-Day Self-Study for Biologists
Description
An introduction to MATLAB for life scientists. No prior experience with programming required. Focus is on getting going quickly with examples from image analysis, then simulation of Brownian motion, and calculation of the mean-squared-displacement. Good code hygiene is emphasised throughout.
m-files and example images are included.
