Description

LaConTra is a Lagrangian convective transport scheme including a simulation of the time air parcels spend in updrafts. It can be used as a scheme in existing atmospheric trajectory models and is written in Matlab. The zip file contains the source code and the scripts used to produce the results in the publication Wohltmann et al., Geosci. Model Dev., https://doi.org/10.5194/gmd-2019-5. The zip file does not contain all data needed to reproduce the results in the paper due to license restrictions. In addition, the zip file is password protected.
