Description

This document provides an introduction to adaptive optics for microscopy from a practical perspective. It is aimed at those who already have some experience in optics and preferably have experience in designing microscopes. It should prove useful to anyone who has an interest in using adaptive optics for their applications, but does not yet have experience with this technology.
