Polymerase Structure Alignments - v2a Update (October 2019)

October 1, 2019 update (v2a) of superposed viral polymerase structures using the methodology described in 
A Comprehensive Superposition of Viral Polymerase Structures by Olve Peersen, Viruses 2019 11(8) 745.

  •  _All_PDBs_v2a.zip contains a single directory with coordinate files for 673 structures taken from 429 PDB entries.

  • Polymerases_v2a.zip contains the complete set of files from the superpositions, including the _All_PDBs/ directory.
