CRAFT 2019 Shared Task coreference evaluation software

This code repository contains the evaluation software used in the CRAFT 2019 Shared Task to evaluate the coreference resolution subtask. The code is a modified version of the work of Pradhan et al. (https://github.com/conll/reference-coreference-scorers). It has been modified to handle mentions with discontinuous spans as well as to allow for partial mention matching.
