Description
This deliverable presents applied CUTLER process models for the Municipality of Antalya, the City of Antwerp, Cork County and the Municipality of Thessaloniki. It brings all the tasks that the pilot cases have to execute in order to reach their goals in a logical and sequential order from beginning to end. It also specifies where in the processes of the four pilot cases the CUTLER platform will be integrated, and which functionalities shall be deployed. This report also presents a generic scenario planning process as well as a scenario planning methodology suitable for public participation formats and enriched with the analytic and predictive capabilities of the CUTLER platform.
