Flow of Agricultural Nitrogen, version 2 (FANv2)

This upload contains source code for the CLM land surface model with the modifications for evaluating agricultural ammonia emissions as described in the manuscript "An improved mechanistic model for ammonia volatilization in Earth system models: Flow of Agricultural Nitrogen, version 2 (FANv2)", submitted to Geoscientific Model Development.

This code version is used for the initial submission and might be revised during the review. This code is provided primarily for archival purposes; potential users are encouraged to contact the authors for an up-to-date version.
