Hyperstack generator - Fiji plugin
Description
Fiji plugin to generate Hyperstack (Z, C, T) and optional stack projection for images acquired with the ACQUIFER-IM04.
One hyperstack is generated for each well selected.
The projection is done for the full hyperstack.
Installation
- Download and unzip the zip file
- Drag the Fiji.app folder on your Fiji folder installation
- The plugin should appear in Plugin>Acquifer
