Description
Nineteen new cenopopulations of Galanthus nivalis L. were found which are situated beyond general part of the area, and this helped to set the modern northern boundary of the species spreading in the Volynian Polissia. The age and spatial structure of populations with various degree of man's impact is described. According to the study of cenopopulations dynamics and herbarium and literary data it is proved that the species has been spread in the recent 100 years from the southern regions of the general part of the area to the floodlands forest of the Volynian Polissia.
