A Study of Job Satisfaction among College Teachers with Special Reference to Constituent Colleges in Patna District

The study examined the development of education in India. All the factors which influence excellence in the field of education are the quality, competence and character of teachers apart from the infrastructure, cognitive and noncognitive qualities of students and parental support.
