РАПОРТЫ УЕЗДНЫХ ЗЕМСКИХ ИСПРАВНИКОВ МОСКОВСКОЙ ГУБЕРНИИ О НАСТРОЕНИИ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ В 1914-1915 гг. [Reports of District County Governors of the Moscow Province about the Mood of the Population in 1914-1915]

В статье анализируются рапорты уездных земских исправников о настроении населения Московской губернии в начале Первой мировой войны. Исследованы основные особенности и приемы формулирования рапортов, их информативность, отношение к ним московского губернатора и Министерства внутренних дел. В качестве примера в конце статьи представлен рапорт уездного земского исправника Верейского уезда за август 1915 г.

The article analyzes reports of county governors about the mood of the population in the Moscow province at the beginning of the First World War. The main features and methods of formulating reports, their informativeness, the attitude of the Moscow governor and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to them have been studied. At the end of the article, a report of the county governor of Vereisky County for August 1915is presented.
