Description
A mobilenet model with symmetric per-tensor quantization. Please see the README for how to use the weights. Please note that it is identical to the one at https://zenodo.org/record/2600560#.XTzNiehKguW save that it has information on the provenance of the weights and is released under Apache 2.0 rather than CC 4.0.
