Educators' perceptions of organisational readiness for implementation of a pre-adolescent transdisciplinary school health intervention for inter-generational outcomes

An organisational readiness assessment was conducted at five public schools, prior to the implementation of a school-based health intervention. Educators answered a semi-structured questionnaire. The dataset has information about their socio-demographic characteristics, implementation climate scale measures, organisational readiness for implementing change measures, and general open-ended questions about implementation of the intervention.
